We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, if you are not and need to return an item, here are few important things to keep in mind, when thinking about returning a product you purchased online from our store.

Nature of Business: The reason for the low-pricing of the high quality products that well sell on our store, is that we source the products directly from the manufacturers in China who do not have a system of return shipping setup yet. 

Return Policy: We don't have one (reason stated above). If the product you receive is not as described or has visible damage, you can keep the product and ask for a full or partial refund directly before 30 days after product is delivered.

Buyer Protection and Refunds

Our store entitles the buyer, the following guarantees for each purchase:

  1. You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised by our store. 
  2. Refunds may not be possible in exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster)
  3. There will be no refunds for shipment delays caused due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  4. You can get a full refund if your item is significantly different due to our mistake (wrong size, color etc) from the order description, or a partial refund for minor issues or factory defects, where the product is usable.

Do not worry, we generally issue full refunds to our customer when it is a genuine case. We settle for a partial or no refunds only when we feel the refund claims are not legible.
